I highly recommend Claudia Hess and Hess Art Advisory. Claudia prepared an appraisal of my art collection for an Estate Tax Return and also one for insurance purposes. Claudia is responsive and responsible. She worked with me when there was a question and provided a professional appraisal in a timely manner. It was a pleasure to work with her.
